“GANGRAPE” OF A 23-YEAR OLD GIRL NAMED “JYOTI SINGH PANDEY” – The Black Day for India ( 16 December 2012 ) – ( Part – 1 )

The biggest example of a GANG RAPE in India is not other than ” NIRBHAYA’S GANG RAPE CASE ” .

What is ” NIRBHAYA’S GANG RAPE CASE ” ?

A 23 year- old girl with a beautiful soul and a bright future namely JYOTI SINGH PANDEY, like other girls dreamed of very high goals but one day, something happened with her which not only ruined her physically but also mentally and emotionally and ultimately led to her death.

BADRINATH SINGH PANDEY – The Father of the Gang Rape Victim.

ASHA DEVI – The Mother of the Gang Rape Victim.

What exactly happened with jyoti on that day ?

The date was 16 December 2012 and the day was sunday.

Jyoti along with her 28 years-old male friend namely Awindra Pratap Pandey took an auto for Munirka at 8:30 p.m. for Citywalk Mall at Saket, Delhi where they went to watch a movie ” LIFE OF PI” which got ended at 7:30 p.m. Both reached to the Munirka Bus Stop and were waiting for a bus or an auto or any kind of conveyance to go to their respective homes. Jyoti lived at Dwarika and her friend lived near Jawaharlal Nehru University, close to Dwarika. Then an off – duty whiteline charter bus came whose conductor was a 17 year-old boy, trying to convince Jyoti and her friend to board the bus. After looking for any other bus or auto since long hours, they boarded the bus at Munirka for Dwarika whose conductor was that 17 year-old old boy as it was getting very late and the time at that point of time was around 9:30 p.m. in total, there were eight persons in the bus including Jyoti and her friend at Munirka from where the incident took place.

So, The Eight persons were as follows :

1. JYOTI SINGH PANDEY – The Gang Rape Victim.

2. AWINDRA PRATAP PANDEY – The Gang Rape Victim’s friend.

3. Ram Singh – He was a 33 years-old widower. He worked as a bus driver. He was the main suspect of the case.

4. Mukesh Singh – He was a 20 years-old man. He was the younger brother of Ram Singh. He worked as an occasional driver as well as a cleaner in the bus.

5.Akshay Thakur – He was a 28 years-old man. He worked as a helper in the bus.

6. Vinay Sharma – He was a 20 years-old man. He also lived in the same colony where Ram Singh used to live. He worked as a gym assistant as well as a fitness trainer.

7. Pawan Gupta – He was a 19 years-old man. He worked as a fruit vendor. He was a friend of Vinay Sharma.

8. Last, but not the least the Bus Conductor was a minor as he was 17 years old at the time of crime. So, His name was not revealed as it was not permitted by law.

Now, the incident began from here.

• After sometime, Awindra became suspicious when the bus changed its route from its normal route and the doors of the bus were shut. When he objected, the four people sitted in the bus other than Jyoti and her friend excluding the driver and the conductor present in the bus started abusing as well as taunting Jyoti and her friend in the way that

” what they are doing all alone at such a late hour ”

” Where you are taking the girl “

” Where she is going “

• During the dirty argument going on between them, a scuffle ensued between Awindra and the other group of men. On the way Awindra also noticed that bus is crossing the flyover of Malai Mandir at R.K.Puram where heavy vehicles are not allowed.

Jyoti and her friend were continuously shouting for help as

” Bachao Bachao “

• But nobody came forward to save them among those six bastards present in the bus. Jyoti took out her mobile phone to call and to get some help but the attackers snatched her phone. Then, The attackers started beating Awindra with punches, kicks and an iron rod very crudely to get a control over him. Thereafter, They took him to the middle of the bus and made him stuck in the middle of a three-seater seat of the bus so that he won’t be able to move his body and fight back.

• Thereafter the men dragged jyoti to the rear end of the bus and beat her with an iron rod so terribly just to get a control over her as she was screaming, shouting, kicking, biting and trying to stop the men from raping her. But at the end, that happened what destiny had decided for her. She got unconsicous and got raped by all the six bastards including the driver and the minor conductor.

Phir woh darinde uss ladki ke jism Ko nochna shuru karte hai haiwaano ki tarah aur tab tak nahi rukte jab tak uss ladki ki chikhe na band ho jaye ya jab tak uss sabhi raksho ki hawas ki bhuk na mit jaye.

• During this brutal sexual assault which goes on for a period of more than one hour, the bus driver continued to drive and the girl was repeatedly getting raped one by one , by all the six men in the moving bus. Everything happened on the way.

It’s so unfortunate that not a single passerby listened her screaming voice.

It’s also so unfortunate that not a single passerby who were crossing the bus noticed the bus and found something wrong happening in the bus.

The GANG RAPE scenario would be somewhere like this or may be more worse than this.

• A message to every boy or man who still didn’t learn to respect women and treat them as an object or their personal properties :

Kyun agar ladki tum logo ke parivaar ki ho to uski izzat hai, aabroo hai, agar uspe aanchh bhi aayi to laashen bichh jaengi aur parivaar se bahar ki ladkiyon ki koi izzat hi nahi. Woh to 247 available hai sabhi ladko ke liye.unn ladkiyon ki izzat ka mol hai Lekin tum logo ke parivaar ki ladkiyon ki izzat anmol hai. Nahi !!

Asli mard woh hai jo ek ladki ki izzat bachane ke liye apni Jaan Kurbaan karne me ek pal bhi naa soche. Kyunki Ishwar sab dekh rahe hai. Achhe karni ka phal hmesha achha hi hota hai.lekin aaj duniya kaphi aage nikal gayi hai pehle ek ladki pe ek hi ladka chadta tha, ab to ek ladki pe chadne ke liye, uski izzat raundne ke liye das das log line me lage rehte hai aur apni apni baadi ka intezaar karte hai. Yaad rakhna aaj tum log kisi ladki ke saath iss haiwaaniyat Ko anzaam de rahe ho, kal tumhari maa ya behen ya beti ya parivaar ki koi bhi female sadasya unn bhayanak lapto ka shikaar hongi, jis tarah uss ladki ki madad kisi ne nahi ki thi, tumhare parivaar ki ladkiyon ki bhi koi madad nahi karega. Kyunki Ishwar sab dekh rahe hai. ” karm achhe ho ya bude uska phal issi janm me bhogna padta hai. “

A message to all the boys or men who have females in their family in the form of mother, sister, wife, daughter etc

” jinke khud ke ghar shishe ke hote hai woh dusro ke Gharo par Patthar nahi mara karte. “

• After the violent sexual assault, the six men were trying to destroy the evidences to escape from the crime and for that, they firstly tried to kill the two eye witnesses namely Jyoti and Awindra. That’s why, they gave a lot of serious injuries on the body of jyoti by penetrating iron rods into her vagina and pulling her intestines out of her body. Before this, she had already got severe injuries on her abdomen, intestines, uterus and genitals due to the wild sexual assault. Both Jyoti and her friend were dealt by repeatedly beating with iron rods, hands and kicks by the six rapists. After the beatings and rape ended, the attackers threw both the victims out of the moving bus under the Mahipalpur flyover after robbing their clothes and belongings.

• Then, the bus driver allegedly tried to drive the bus over jyoti to kill her but she was pulled aside by her male friend.
• My reaction on this :

Ye hai mardaangi jo sare aam nahi chhup kar Kayaro ki tarah raat ke andhere me ek akeli ladki Ko trap karke pehle use marte hai, pit te hai, phir ek nahi cheh log ek ke baad ek uska rape karte hai, phir use ek aise sunsaan jagah pe le jakar phek dete hai jaha koi aata jata nahi taki agar woh ladki madad ke liye chhikhe to uski aawaz sunkar koi uss ladki ki madad karne na pahuch jaye kyunki agar aisa hua to woh rapists problem me aa sakte hai, aur phir unn haiwaano ka asli chehra duniya ke saamne aa jaega. Isliye ye mard har woh Kayaro wala rasta apnate hai jisme inki sexual enjoyment me kisi bhi tarah ki disturbance na ho sake kyunki agar ek baar phashe to track wahi pe ruk jaega aur agar bache to ye silsila chalta rahega kyunki options to kaphi hai jaha dekho waha ladkiyaan hi bhadi padi hai. Nahi !!

Pehle to ye log haiwaano wala kaam karte hai ki ek nihatti ladki ko paanch – cheh log milkar laato aur ghusho se maarte hai. Jab unhe lagne lagta hai ki woh uss ladki se jit nahi paaenge to phir use ek lohe ki rod se maarna shuru karte hai. Unhe pata tha ki jab tak ladki hosh me rahegi woh unhe khud Ko haath lagane nahi degi. Isliye unn darindo ne use maar maar kar adhmara kar diya. Phir ye log naamardo wala kaam karte hai ki ek behosh aur adhmari ladki pe cheh log chade hue hai aur apni mardaangi saabit karne ke liye mare Jaa rahe hai. Ye hai Insaan jinhone ek dusre Insaan Ko object ki tarah istemal Kiya. Phir ye log kaayro wala kaam karte hai ki aisi ghinauni waardaat Ko anzaam dene ke baad bhi, uske consequences Ka saamna mard ki tarah nahi karyon ki tarah unse bhaagkar kar rahe the. Abhi thodi der pehle ye log apni apni mardaangi saabit karne me Lage hue the aur kuchh hi samay baad jab unhe dobara mauka mila apni mardaangi saabit karne ka to ye Kayron ki tarah kisi bil me Jaa kar chhip gaye.Agar itna dam rakhte ho ki ek ladki ka rape kar sakte ho to phir unke consequences se Kyun bhagte ho. Agar pakde jaane ka itna hi dar rehta hai dil me to aise ghatiya kaam karte hi Kyun ho. Inn sabse bachne ke liye unn darindo ne uss ladki aur uske saathi Ko maarna chah kyunki agar woh dono zinda rehte to ek na ek din unn haiwaano ka ghinauna chehra duniya ke saamne zaroor late.

Itni bhi insaaniyat nahi thi unn haiwaano mein ki itna maarne, pitne aur yaha tak ki uska rape karne ke baad bhi use jaane de. Use Jaan se maarne ke liye unn bastards ne uske vagina ke through uske intestine Ko uske sharir se nikala.

Mujhe ye samajh nahi aata ki koi aisa kaise kare sakta hai. Koi aisa karne ki soch bhi kaise sakta hai. Itne der uss ladki ke sharir Ko nochne ke bawjud inn logo ke aatma Ko shaanti nahi mili ki inn bastards ne uss ladki ke vagina me iron rod dala. Yaha PE bhi ye ruke nahi. Phir unhone uss ladki ke intestine Ko nikalne ki koshish ki. Yaha pe bhi ye bastards ruke nahi. Inhone phir uss ladki aur uske saathi Ko baalo se pakarkar bus se bahar phek dete hai aur bus unke upar chalaane ki koshish karte hai. Lekin kehte hai na jise ram na mare use koi nahi maar sakta.

• Later One of the rapist cleaned the bus and burned all the clothes of the two victims to remove the evidences. Thereafter, jyoti was creeping with stomach pain and child winter. Her friend was trying to get some help by stopping cars, bikes, autos etc but nobody stopped to help them.

The people are too busy nowadays that they don’t even have few seconds to help someone.

• Both were found on the road by a passerby after 15 – 20 minutes at around 11:00 p.m. Awindra asked the passerby to call the ambulance. The Passerby called the Delhi cops and a PCR van came after 15 – 20 minutes. Thereafter two more PCRs came.
• By the time, Awindra was asking the group of people who gathered there to know what’s going on, to call the ambulance as his friend was seriously injured and suffered from intense internal bleeding as well as extreme stomach pain. She was completely covered with blood. She was also asking for water.

Nobody offered the victims any cloth to cover their bodies even when it was a child winter season.

• After the discussions of the cops got over, one of the cop covered the female victim with a bedsheet which they got from a nearby hotel.

Isn’t that’s great !!

Ladki khoon se lahu luhaan hui ,dard se kar Ra rahi, Thand se kaap Rahi, Aur use ek chadar se dhaka gaya woh bhi itne der ke baad , halaki waha pe police ke alawa kaphi log the, Lekin unme se bhi kisi ne uske sharir Ko dhaka taq nahi !!

• Then, the cops made her lie down on a very small size sheet of a PCR van which is approx around 2-3 inches.

Why the ambulance didn’t come on the spot on right time to take both the victims to the hospital ?

• Then, both the victims took to the Safdarjung Hospital i.e. 14 km away from the place where both the victims were dumped, in a PCR van.

• Finally, both reached to the Safdarjung Hospital where jyoti got an emergency treatment and placed on mechanical ventilation because her condition was very critical.
• Awindra sit down on ground but he was not in a condition to sit as he was also suffering from intense bleeding and pain so he lain down on the ground.

• Awindra was asking for clothes to get relief from child winter from the people around him in the hospital at around 2:00 p.m. He asked everyone around him to make a call at his home. One man came forward to help him. He made the call and said that an accident had occurred with your son. Afterthat, the man who made the call switched off his mobile phone.

The people are so busy nowadays that they don’t even realise the sufferings of the other.if the man that helped Awindra didn’t switched off his mobile phone and gave all the details of the hospital where Awindra was at that time.

• It took approx two to three hours by the family members of Awindra to find the hospital where he was as the man, who made the call didn’t inform the parents of Awindra about the hospital. 
• A nationwide protest ensued after the incident took place.

• On 19 December 2012, Doctors of the hospital treating the victim announced that she was communicating through writing messages.
• On 20 December 2012, the eye witness and the male friend of the victim gave statement.
• On 21 December 2012, Doctors said that she was stable but still critical. She was taken off the mechanical ventilation.
• On 22 December 2012, victim gave her statement of almost 3 – 4 pages being in so critical condition to the sub- divisional magistrate.

Are haiwaano kya haalat kar diya tum zaanwaro ne ek mata pita ke phool si bachhi ka !! Tum zaanwaro ko zannat to kya zahannum bhi nasib nahi hoga !!

Aise haalat mein bhi jyoti ne teen se chaar page ka bayaan diya. Bich bich me woh unconscious ho jati thi aur phir doctors Ko bulana padta tha. Inn sab ka saamna karte hue bhi unhone give up nahi Kiya. Unhone pura bayaan diya.

• On 23 December 2012, victim’s condition was still very serious with bouts of vomiting and internal bleeding although she was communicating and conscious.
• On 25 December 2012, Doctors said that she was responding to the treatment despite being in so critical condition. Platelet count and liver function of the victim improved. She gave her statement again to the metropolitan magistrate after former CM Dixshit complained to the Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde that senior police officials interfered in the process. However, the health condition of the victim detoriated the same night.
• On 26 December 2012, victim was shifted to the Mount Elizabeth Hospital of Singapore on a sudden move as the victim’s condition started detoriating since last night in the way she also suffered a cardiac arrest.
• On 27 December 2012, the victim remained critical in the ICU of the Mount Elizabeth Hospital.

• On 28 December 2012, Doctors of the Mount Elizabeth said that the victim’s condition got worsened with the signs of multiple organs failure due to infections in the lungs and abdomen as well as due to injuries to the brain.
• On 29 December 2012, she succumbed to massive internal injuries after battling with them over 12 days and she died on the same day at 2:15 a.m.
• In an interview with a police officer named Chaya Sharma, she revealed the few words said by Jyoti to her was as follows : ” Those who did this to me, don’t spare them. “

• The justice she was asking for herself was to incinerate all the six rapists who was responsible to bring her in that drastic and critical condition.
• The last words said by jyoti to her mom was as follows : “ Sorry Mummy “

Jyoti ke parents india ke har parents ke liye ek aadarsh hai. India ke har parent Ko unse Sikhna chahiye. Log aur samaaj ki parvah kiye begair unhone apni beti ka saath diya. Usko nayay dilane ke liye din raat larte rahe.

Aaj india me kayi aise parents unke betiyon ke saath agar iss tarah ki darindgi hoti hai to woh unn rapists ke khilaf police me jaakar complaint karna to dur ulta apni betiyon Ko kehte hai ki woh kisi bhi bahar wale se ye baat na share kare. Iss dar se ki log kya kahenge, samaaj me woh kisi Ko muh dikhane ke layak nahi rahenge, ye sab Janne ke baad unki beti se koi shaadi taq nahi karega etc. Aise parents apni betiyon ka hausla banne ke bajaye use majboor karte hai ki kisi aur ke gunaaho ki saja woh puri zindagi Bugatti rahe, Apne aatma pe Lage ghav ke saath jina Sikh le.

Aapki Sabse Anmol daulat aapki beti hai aur uski Sabse anmol daulat uski izzat hai , uski aabroo hai !! In the interview of the brothers of the female victim, they mentioned that all the six accused were laughing, giggling and gosseping during their trial in the court rooms. They were not even ashamed of what they had done to that girl. Imagine how difficult it would be for the two brothers of the female victim to control their anger while watching the accused laughing as well as not being ashamed of what they did to their dear sister .

My message to all the men who think like this man . My reaction on his statement number :

1. It’s your opinion that you saw girls in that way. But this shows that you are a very narrow minded person and wanted to treat girls as your slaves. Who gave you the right to decide that girls are made for what ?? These kind of men don’t have the courage to see that women can do a job better than men that’s why they didn’t let women of their families to work outside. They just want them to live in the boundaries which they have set for them. These kind of men have a mindset that girls who used to party late night in the discos or bars always involved in sexual acts. Do you people know the reality then who give you the right to judge them ? According to them, short and exposing dresses are wrong dresses. Is it your body on which these dresses are put up ? Then why don’t you mind your business !! It’s the body of women. They will wear what they want. Who are you to decide that which dress is wrong for the girls or which one is right for them ?

2. Nobody in this world has the right to teach a lesson to a girl in the manner which he opted. We girls don’t need to learn a lesson by you kind of bastards who don’t even know how to respect women and who don’t even have humanity in their hearts rather the men of your kind needs to get a lesson to start respecting every women and transform yourselves from an evil to a human being .

3.The suggestion ” not to fight back during rape ” which he is giving to the female victim, can he give the same advice to his female family members if they will get trapped in that kind of situation ? He said the female victim should allow the rape. Why ?? Is her body your personal property or the property of your father ?? He was defending himself in a way that if the female victim allowed the rape calmly, he would have let her go after he and his five friends done with her and he would have only hit her friend. You and your friends will never let the female victim go alive after brutally raping her because you all were scared that if she would be alive, you people definitely gonna caught up by the cops one day. So don’t talk shit here.

4. Here he was trying to encourage the future rapists that if they rape a girl, don’t leave her alive as he did. You bastards didn’t leave the female victim alive despite this you people tried all the possible aspects to kill her. It was god and the friend of jyoti who saved her life. In other way, he also tried to threaten the decision-makers that death penalty given to the four accused will make the situation more dangerous for the future girls as now the girls won’t be left alive after being raped. Earlier girls used to left alive after being raped because the rapists already knew this that she is not going to talk about this incident to anyone. But now, things got changed. Now, the female victims gonna make the life of the rapists hell and give them a lesson that

” Don’t dare to touch any girl again. “

5. He said that decent girls never found on the road after 9:00 p.m. what if your own mother or wife or daughter had to go somewhere after 9:00 p.m. won’t they be decent anymore after this ?

6. Girls are more responsible for a rape than the boys. How?? Did the girl ask you men to rape her or to choose her to fulfill your sexual desperation or to treat her like your father’s property ??

How dare he that he passed such comments after committing such a violent crime !!

This is the reality of India where still these kind of bastards exist.

• the trial of the six accused, Ram Singh who was the main suspect of this case committed suicide in the Tihar jail on 11 March 2013.
• On 31 August 2013, the juvenile was convicted of rape and murder. He was given a maximum sentence of three years imprisonment in a reform facility inclusive of the eight months he spent in remand during his trial.He was released on 20 December 2015.

This bastard deserves more than this punishment as he was the most violent amongst all the six accused. He was the only one who convinced jyoti and his friend to board the bus. He was the only one who pulled out the intestine of the female victim out of her body.

He should not be treated as a juvenile in this case when his actions while committing the terrible crime would not match the actions performed  by the boys of that age. According to his age, he should not be the part of this intense crime but still he made himself involved so deeply in this crime. He was equally responsible for bringing jyoti into that terrible condition as like remaining five accused.

• On 13 March 2014, Delhi High Court confirmed the death sentence of the other four convicted namely Mukesh Singh, Pawan Gupta, Vinay Sharma and Akshay Thakur.
• On 5 May 2017, Supreme Court upheld the death sentence of the Delhi High Court.
